Normally, it takes 3 to 7 working days (Monday to Friday) for goods to be shipped.

F. How do I check the status of my order

G. Change of Address
We are unable to change the delivery address once the goods are in transit. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact feltyoonline@hotmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
H. Cancellation
If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
1. Package damaged in transit
If you find that the package is damaged in transit, if possible, please refuse the package sent by the courier and contact our customer service. If the package is delivered without you, please contact customer service at fealtyoonline@hotmail.com for next steps.
